In case of an issue, please communicate (together with a valid copy of your proof of purchase) and deliver the product to the​​ retailer where you bought it from.

Please be sure that you return the faulty product as empty and clean as possible. Please note that, we will not accept any dirty bags we receive and send back as unrepaired at your cost.

Please note that it can take a while around 3-8 weeks from the moment we receive your product until we send it back to you.

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

If a problem occurs with one of our products despite our careful quality control & test processes, and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, we will, in our decision, fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions explained here in our official website.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by abnormal or misuse, careless use or neglect, abnormally high or low temperatures, accidents, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airways or other means of transport).

While non-warranty repairs on your product can be performed by anyone, we kindly recommend that you use only us for any warranty repairs. Such repairs out of our control will void this warranty. The right warranty cover for each product (2 years or life time) is always mentioned on the label of the product. Please keep that label together with your proof of purchase.

Please do not just send your product directly to us before communicating as this will only result in additional costs. For your such sendings, you will be responsible for all costs like the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes. Best is to communicate with our dealers or online ecommerce platforms, where you bought the product.

For any service, you will need to send a copy of your original receipt of purchase together with your claimed product. Warranty service will decide whether the problem is covered by our warranty or not and will always specify the reasons of the decision to your kind information. Any repair or replacement, covered by our warranty, will be at our expense, including any costs required to return the repaired or replacement product back to you. If the product needs replacing but is no longer available, we will substitute your original product for a comparable Product.

Incidental and consequential damages are not covered by this warranty, nor are labor charges or damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than our authorised Warranty service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are therefore excluded. This warranty is limited to the value of the product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

This warranty (covering from year three (3) to thirty (30) covers only manufacturing defects, such as open seams or fabric that is cut too short.

LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY

This warranty covers manufacturing and / or component defects, such as a faulty zipper, damaged buckles, coating peeling off and discoloration of the fabric.

The term Lifetime does not mean the lifetime of the owner. Our product is not meant to last the lifetime of the owner but the lifetime of the product. That is a limited warranty of 30 years as explained.

We offer LIFETIME (30years) or Two years(2), Limited Warranty, depending on the model, from the time of initial purchase, against manufacturing defects within the normal scope of use. We will repair or replace any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization and are within the Limited Warranty conditions which exclude normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is always required.

Examples of manufacturing defects that will be covered within the warranty:

Straight edge tear along a seam/stitching

Stitching defect that limits your ability to use the product.

Zipper malfunctions below:

  • Zipper head has separated from the track
  • Teeth are broken or damaged
  • Teeth separate when the zipper is closed.

Examples of wear and tear that will not be covered:

Faded colors / Ultra Viole Sun lights damage

Material wearing over time

Tears in the middle of the fabric (not along a seam)

Tears caused by a crash or wreck

Examples of damage caused outside the normal ways of use which will not be covered:

Jagged-edged tear (straight edge tears indicate a manufacturing defect jagged tears indicate a rip)

A rip or puncture hole in the bottom of a backpack

Any material that was ripped or caught on another object

Melted material caused by heat

Improper use of product.
